Appointments and services
Most offers on GoQ are appointments or services. Confirmation is sent after a booking is accepted, and fulfilment takes place at the time and location shown in the booking confirmation.
Physical goods
If a supplier offers physical goods, that supplier must clearly state its delivery areas, fees, estimated delivery times and collection options before you place an order. The supplier is responsible for packing, dispatching and delivering those goods.
Delays and changes
A supplier should notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an appointment, delivery or collection cannot proceed as confirmed. Contact the supplier first for fulfilment updates; contact GoQ support if you need help with a booking made through the platform.
