GoQ’s role
GoQ provides booking and marketplace infrastructure. Services and any goods are provided by independent businesses and professionals, who remain responsible for fulfilling their offers.
Bookings and fees
A booking fee, where applicable, forms part of the service price. The remaining balance is generally paid directly to the business or professional. Prices, availability and supplier-specific conditions are displayed before you complete a booking.
Cancellations and changes
Business-specific cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to bookings and may affect booking-fee treatment. Please review the applicable policy before confirming a booking.
Platform use
Users must provide accurate information, use GoQ lawfully, and must not misuse reviews, availability, payment services or platform security.
