Cancellation & rescheduling

The policy captured when a booking is made governs its online change options.

Rescheduling

A customer may choose another genuinely available time before the applicable deadline and within the included reschedule allowance. GoQ keeps an audit history of the old and new appointment times.

Cancellation

Eligible bookings can be cancelled through the secure Manage Booking link. Cancellation does not delete booking history and does not create a fake refund.

Supplier policies

Supplier-specific policies may vary and are shown with the booking. Contact the supplier when online changes are no longer available.
