Booking fees & refunds
A GoQ booking fee is an upfront part of the service total—not an additional service charge.
How balances work
The booking fee is intended to be processed through GoQ when payments are enabled. The remaining service balance is paid directly to the supplier.
Current product state
Payment integration is disabled. GoQ does not currently take payment, mark booking fees paid or simulate refunds.
Refund treatment
The applicable supplier policy governs booking-fee treatment. GoQ does not promise a refund outcome that has not been verified and processed.
